Position: Pre-Primary Mother Teacher
Department: Pre-Primary Wing
Reporting To: Principal/Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons based on the CBSE Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) curriculum.
- Teach foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, environmental awareness, art, music, and life skills.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom setting that supports children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods to make learning enjoyable.
- Monitor each child's progress and maintain records of academic and developmental milestones.
- Prepare teaching-learning materials, classroom displays, worksheets, and learning aids.
- Assess students through continuous observation and informal assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and well-being.
- Encourage good manners, hygiene habits, discipline, and positive values among children.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, storytelling sessions, field trips, and school events.
- Ensure children's safety and supervise them during classroom activities,



breaks, and dispersal.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, discipline, and an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, D.El.Ed., or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or the regional language is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and record-keeping.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
