We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the execution of customized packaging machinery projects. The role involves coordinating with production, design, procurement, quality, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end project execution for customized packaging machinery.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, design, procurement, quality, and service teams.
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates and address queries.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure materials and resources are available as per project schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify project risks, resolve coordination issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.




- Support successful machine dispatch, installation, and project handover.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience in machinery, engineering, or packagingl equipment manufacturing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of project coordination and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
