English Trainer – Job Description

Job Title: English Trainer
Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct spoken English, grammar, communication, and personality development sessions.
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Train students in business communication, presentations, group discussions, and interview skills.
- Assess student progress through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
- Support students in achieving academic and placement readiness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
- Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
