Job Description:
- Linux L2/L3 administration skills
- Linux installation, setup, runtime operational support, troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting, Problem solving
- Managing disks, File system
- Package, Patch management (installation, remove, verify)
- Log file verification
- User, group management
- Disk mirroring knowledge, Raid
- Event Management (analyse alerts and logs)
- Handle incident (Create,
update and maintain Knowledge base articles)
- Manage Service Delivery (execute direct orders, respond to standard requests)
- Perform High Availability / Disaster Recovery setup including Active-Passive Cluster,
- Fail-over, I/O fencing
- Backup & Recovery (server backup & recovery)
- Other miscellaneous activities (stop, start, managing alerts/logs, license management, hardening, third party s/w installation & configuration )
- Provide Support to L1 & L2 team in creating RCAs & resolving issues & in completing daily assigned activities including the training.
