Need a Senior Technical Lead with hands on experience in CORE 2.0 skill sets and also should have experience in leading a team. Working from Office is mandatory and would prefer someone who had worked in a product company having experience in client implementations
Design and review overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and product best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to develop implementation plans, define technical milestones, estimate timelines, and allocate resources for deliverables.
Mentor and support developers, QA, and implementation engineers through code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing. Set coding standards and establish best practices for the team.
Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients,
understanding their needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable tasks for the implementation team. Provide technical updates and manage expectations.
Oversee the customization, configuration, and integration of the product into the client’s workplace, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and adherence to quality standards.
Identify technical risks or bottlenecks early, establish mitigation strategies, and drive the resolution of critical production or integration issues during implementation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guidelines, and support handover materials, supporting both internal teams and clients.
