MUST HAVE WORKED AS PRINCIPAL IN A GOOD ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL
The duties and responsibilities of a Principal include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school
- Formulate and implement school policies and procedures
- Develop and manage the school’s academic and extracurricular programs
- Meet with parents and teachers to discuss students’ progress and behavior
- Recruit, hire, and train new school staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Post Graduate with B.ED
- Proven experience as a Principal or similar role in an educational setting
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
