- Manage the daily operations of the gas station.
- Supervise and guide fuel filling staff.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor fuel stock and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain daily sales, cash, and shift records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the station.
- Manage employee attendance and work schedules.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the small convenience store located above the gas station.
- Monitor store inventory and coordinate restocking when required.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for both the gas station and store.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager is preferred.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
