Role Brief
A Chef de Partie (CDP) Chocolatier is a specialized culinary qualified responsible for producing high-quality chocolates and managing specific sections of a pastry or production kitchen. In this role, you temper chocolate, create fillings,
and guide Commis chefs while reporting directly to the Head Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development: Present creative ideas and products.
- Market Research: Create products based on market research and contemporary new age customer demands.
- Production: Molding, enrobing, panning, and decorating chocolates.
- Recipe Development: Assisting in the creation of new fillings, seasonal collections, and flavor profiles.
- Quality Control: Ensuring proper crystallization and tempering techniques for consistent shine, snap, and texture.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
