Senior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Verify invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and vendor/customer balances.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support payroll accounting and salary reconciliations.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.

Qualification:

- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent.

Experience:

- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

Skills:

- Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or SAP
- Advanced MS Excel
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
