- Handle patient enquiries via phone, front desk, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, treatments, and facilities
- Assist patients in appointment booking and registration process
- Coordinate with reception, billing, and medical departments
- Maintain enquiry records in register/CRM system
- Follow up with patients for appointments and feedback
- Ensure a polite, supportive, and professional patient experience
Handle basic complaints and escalate when necessary
Pay: ₹15,000.56 - ₹22,000.17 per month
