About us

JR Laddha Group is a third-generation Indian financial services group founded in 1984, overseeing approximately ₹4,000 Cr. We run mutual fund distribution through a network of independent financial advisors, alongside wealth advisory and investment banking for HNI and UHNI families.

The role

Own everything that goes out on our channels. The team supplies the ideas and the raw material. You turn them into finished, well-crafted content that builds our leadership's authority in Indian markets. This is a new role, so you are building the function, not inheriting it.

What you'll do

- Publish 4+ posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp. Consistency is non-negotiable.
- Convert team-supplied ideas (market views, fund manager calls, deal notes) into finished posts: caption, creative, video, all of it.
- Report on performance every week, with a clear view on what worked, what didn't, and what changes next week.
- Build 3 to 4 recurring content series so output doesn't depend on fresh thinking every week.




- Write for two audiences and keep them distinct. Practical and tactical for advisors, restrained and credibility-led for HNI clients.
- Same-day turnaround. Use AI for drafting, images and video. Quality is judged, never the shortcut.

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years running social for a brand, agency or creator. Portfolio mandatory.
- Sharp captioning and strong visual taste. This is the primary skill we are hiring for.
- Fluent with AI tools (we use Claude) and Canva Pro. Comfortable with short-form video editing.
- Clean written English. A short writing and creative test is part of our process.
- Financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement.
