Branch Manager

- Manage the branch's budget, resources, and expenses to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, company policies, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing development plans.
