The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent to successful onboarding, ensuring the company's hiring targets are met within timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSource potential candidates through various job portals, social media networks, and qualified platforms.Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on the specific job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintained regular and daily follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.Maintain daily recruitment reports, trackers, and updated hiring data.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets effectively.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.Experience:
