We are a rapid-growing online garment brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team in Tronica City, Loni.
Responsibilities:
- Update and manage product inventory on Excel.
- Handle day-to-day operations on Shopify (updating stock, listings, orders)
- Pack and dispatch products for online orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and shipments
- Assist with basic data entry and order tracking
- Support the team with other e-commerce tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable with computers and online platforms
- Prior experience with Shopify is a plus (not mandatory)
- Hardworking, organized, and punctual
- Good attention to detail
