Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and our website. The ideal candidate should have experience handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, promotions, and customer support while ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and the company website.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.




- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and festive campaigns.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle marketplace issues, seller support tickets, and account health.
- Work with the marketing team to improve online visibility and sales.
- Ensure accurate product catalog management and data quality.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
