Job Title: Oracle BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) Developer / Senior Developer

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Experience: 4–8 Years

Project Duration: 6 Months / 1 Year

Location: Remote (Post 6 months: Bangalore – Hybrid, 2–3 days WFO)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Candidates should be flexible to provide a 4-hour overlap with US EST time zone as required.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) Developers to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with 4–8 years of experience in Oracle CPQ development, including hands-on expertise in BML scripting, XSLT, Oracle CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine, and Salesforce integration.

Senior candidates will be expected to lead technical discussions, design scalable CPQ solutions, and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) applications.
- Develop and maintain BML scripts to implement business logic.
- Create and customize document templates using XSLT in Oracle CPQ Document Designer.
- Configure Oracle CPQ modules including Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, Approvals, and Document Engine.
- Develop and support Salesforce to Oracle CPQ integrations.
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.




- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Senior developers will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to solution architecture.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of IT experience with Oracle BigMachines (Oracle CPQ).
- Robust hands-on experience with BML scripting.
- Experience with XSLT and Oracle CPQ Document Designer.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine, Pricing, and Approvals.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience leading Oracle CPQ implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ best practices and performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
