Project Coordinator – Power Distribution Projects

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have successfully completed and/or coordinated at least one power distribution infrastructure project valued at ₹75 Crore or above under schemes such as R-APDRP, IPDS, DDUGJY, RDSS, Saubhagya, or equivalent State/Central Government-funded power sector projects.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience with DISCOM turnkey projects involving HT/LT lines, Distribution Transformers, RMUs, AB Cables, Underground Cables, HT/LT Line Augmentation, Feeder Segregation, and System Strengthening works.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of turnkey distribution projects in accordance with approved schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Utility Officials, Contractors, Consultants, Vendors, and OEMs for smooth project execution.
- Track procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, delivery, and inventory of project materials including conductors, cables, transformers, RMUs, switchgear, poles, and associated accessories.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules,



DPR trackers, MIS reports, billing trackers, correspondence, approvals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning activities, quality audits, and project handover documentation.
- Follow up on statutory approvals, utility approvals, drawing approvals, vendor approvals, and material inspection clearances.
- Monitor project billing, material reconciliation, work progress, and reporting from multiple project sites.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between project sites, regional offices, and the corporate office.
- Support management in project planning, resource allocation, risk identification, and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
- Robust coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.

NB: Candidates without prior experience in power distribution utility projects (DISCOM projects) need not apply.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
