Job Summary:
A highly experienced Senior Production Manager with a strong background in wedding planning and event execution, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for luxury and large-scale weddings. Adept at managing vendors, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution to deliver seamless, memorable events aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete production lifecycle of wedding events from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with clients, planners, designers, and vendors to ensure alignment on vision and deliverables.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for multiple events simultaneously.
- Oversee venue setup, décor execution, technical production (lighting, sound), and logistics.
- Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, and performance management.




- Conduct site inspections and manage on-ground operations during events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute challenges efficiently under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and event protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
