Job: Business Development Executive
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Experience : fresher to 1 years
Overview:
Looking for a proactive, target-driven executive to generate business through international freelancing platforms and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Prepare proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with clients.
- Communicate with international clients and coordinate with the technical team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with freelancing platforms and robust negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable with night shifts, self-motivated, target-driven.
Type: Full-time, onsite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
