Drives company revenue by leading a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas. They are responsible for building sales strategies, forecasting pipelines, managing performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base and hit revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, conducting regular coaching and performance evaluations.
- Sales Operations: Set and monitor individual and team quotas, analyze performance metrics, and build realistic sales forecasts.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and resolve any escalated customer complaints.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, identify emerging markets,



and collaborate with the marketing team on promotions

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, including 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role. (MNC experience is preferred)
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
