*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage the overall operations of the branch.

* Lead and motivate the admissions, academic, and administrative teams.

* Drive student admissions and achieve branch targets.

* Monitor branch performance and prepare management reports.

* Coordinate with faculty and support staff for smooth operations.

* Maintain discipline, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

### *Requirements*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

* Minimum *2–5 years* of experience in branch management, educational institutions, or operations.

* Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Experience in admissions, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
