Role Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring every sale is accurately billed, dispatched, and tracked end-to-end — from generating invoices in Tally to reconciling outstanding payments. They work closely with the MD, warehouse team,



and customers to ensure zero billing errors and zero collection delays. This is a process-critical, execution-heavy role where accuracy directly impacts revenue and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Own the billing process end-to-end — generate accurate sales invoices in Tally Prime for every order, ensuring correct pricing, GST, and customer details.

2.

Manage daily dispatch coordination — confirm goods dispatched match invoice quantities; resolve discrepancies before goods leave the warehouse.

3.

Track receivables and outstanding payments — maintain a live ledger of open invoices, follow up with customers on due and overdue payments.

4.

Handle returns and credit notes — process goods returns, issue credit/debit notes, and update records in Tally within the same day.

5.

Reconcile accounts regularly — match bank receipts with invoices; flag unmatched entries to the MD daily.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
