- A qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 3-4 years of middle management work experience only in Banking or NBFC institutions.
- Valuable command over written and spoken English.
- Ability to resolve complex issues independently, drawing on knowledge of the industry and accounting principles
- Knowledge of HFC Return, Ind-AS, GST, TDS, Reconciliation, ECL Calculation etc.
- Tax - preparing and filing returns, dealing with tax issues / authorities (direct tax, service tax etc.)
- Management financial reporting experience
- Ability to provide recommendations relating to accounting / financial policies
