- Contact prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions based on their financial profile.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or relationship managers.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes clearly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regularly to maximize lead conversion and improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Meet daily calling, lead generation, and monthly conversion targets set by the company.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
