Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure on-time vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Ensure accurate quantity and quality verification before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and stock movement documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Optimize vehicle utilization and transportation costs without affecting delivery schedules.




- Support inventory control by coordinating with warehouse and stores teams.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Diploma (Preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical, or related field).
- 2–6 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the laminate, plywood, MDF, building materials, or related manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Experience in preparing dispatch documentation and transport coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
