Nabeeha Exports & Import LLP is a Mumbai-based couture export house specializing in hand embroidery, beadwork, and silk lace work for bridal and evening wear. Since 2006, we've been creating timeless, handcrafted pieces exported to fashion houses in Paris, Current York, and Milan.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser to manage the process from design to delivery, ensuring our export orders meet international quality, timeline, and client standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between design, production, and export teams to ensure smooth order execution

Track order timelines, fabric/material sourcing, and production schedules

Liaise with international buyers on order specifications, updates, and delivery timelines

Conduct quality checks to ensure garments meet export standards

Manage costing, vendor negotiations, and documentation for exports





Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garment export or bridal/couture production

Strong knowledge of garment production processes and export documentation

Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with international clients

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Passion for luxury fashion and quality craftsmanship
