We are looking for a Sales Trainer with experience in insurance and outbound processes to train Recent Hire (NH) batches and manage multiple lines of business (LoBs).
Key Responsibilities
- Train teams on insurance sales and outbound calling processes.
- Manage and deliver training for NH batches.
- Handle multiple LoBs effectively and maintain training quality.
- Ensure strong communication and clarity during training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement in sales performance through effective training methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in insurance portfolios with outbound sales exposure.
- Ability to handle multiple LoBs and diverse training groups.
Work Details
- Shift: Day shift
- Week Off: Sunday fixed off / rotational (depending on process)
