Key Responsibilities

Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
- Design banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional assets
- Assist the senior design team with day to day creative projects
- Edit and resize images, illustrations, and existing design assets
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements

- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices
- Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
- Basic understanding of typography color theory layout and composition
- Familiarity with Canva and presentation design is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage
- Solid creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
- A portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of AI powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly Midjourney or ChatGPT is an advantage
- Knowledge of social media design best practices
