We are a fast-growing and professionally managed construction company delivering high-end commercial projects. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Billing Engineer with strong commercial acumen and proven expertise in managing billing operations for large-scale projects.

This is a leadership role for a candidate who can independently handle end-to-end billing functions while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparation, submission, and certification follow-up of RA Bills & Final Bills

· Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills with reconcile
all types) on Monthly basis.

· Quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurement validation

· BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost comparison

· Handling variations, extra items, and claim documentation

· Material reconciliation and consumption analysis

· Contract interpretation and commercial compliance

· Client coordination for billing approvals and payment follow-ups

· Maintaining proper documentation and billing records

· Other Duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend.





· Preparing daily progress with justified quantum, labour justification daily basis.

· Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects

· Strong understanding of contracts, BOQ, and commercial terms

· Excellent command over MS Excel (advanced level preferred)

· Working knowledge of AutoCAD and billing software

· Robust analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills

· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project billings
