Eligibility

- Graduation in Hotel Management or any Degree
- Positive communication skills in English & Kannada
- Freshers can apply BHM background

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily cleaning activities are completed.
- Monitor cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, workstations, and premises.
- Manage pantry services and maintain hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pest control, and other soft services.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
- Address client complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain attendance, inventory, and material consumption records.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
