We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch activities. The candidate should ensure smooth production flow, achieve production targets, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with all departments for effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall factory operations and production activities
- Plan and monitor daily production targets
- Supervise manpower, machine utilization, and productivity
- Ensure quality standards and timely dispatch of materials
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Sales departments
- Monitor stock, raw materials, and production reports
- Ensure factory safety, housekeeping, and maintenance activities




- Reduce production loss and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in factory or production management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
