Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Baskin-Robbins Franchise
Department: Store Operations
Reports To: Store Manager

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. This role involves serving ice cream, beverages, and other menu items, handling customer transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring all products meet Baskin-Robbins quality standards. The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting the overall success of the store.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors, cakes, beverages, and other products.
- Recommend products, promotions, and seasonal specials.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Ensure every customer receives fast and efficient service.

Sales & Cash Handling

- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures.




- Promote add-on sales and combo offers to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Store Operations

- Keep the serving area, counters, dining area, and equipment clean and organized.

Teamwork

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Support coworkers during busy periods.
- Attend training sessions and follow company SOPs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Refill toppings, cones, cups, napkins, and other supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Help receive and organize inventory deliveries.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
