Geek Creative Agency is looking for Performance manager

As Digital Performance Manager, your days will be spent across a large variety of different projects from implementation, strategy, cross-channel collaboration, client education, managing executives and analysts, brainstorming with other teams and more. Suffice to say, no two days will be the same. Time management, prioritization and relationship management skills are essential in this role in order to achieve market-leading levels of client satisfaction.

Tasks and duties may include :

- At least 3-5 years within Performance Marketing including but not limited to Paid Search & Paid Social
- A high level of experience utilising the DoubleClick stack, including creating bid strategies and trafficking.
- Must have experience in CPL, CPI, CPA, Media Buying & Planning like CPM, POP Under/POP UP, CPC
- Analytical, yet operates strategically, with understanding of the 'big picture'
- Clear verbal and written communication skills,



including a high level of English grammar
- Good on the tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Competency with figures and simple calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulae
- Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down
- Robust client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
- Superior time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail essential.
- Strategic thinker with advanced problem solving skills and robust judgement
- Proactive, and takes complete ownership of work and deliverables.
- Up to date Google/Bing/Facebook/Twitter training certifications.
- Have experience or have knowledge of in various social marketing platforms such as; Brand Networks or Spinklr.
