We are looking for an E-Commerce manager to handle and oversee customer enquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram and convert them into jewellery sales. The involves interacting with customers and guiding them towards purchase decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Team Management, Department control
- Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram manner
- Share product details, images, pricing, and assist customer with selections.
- Build solid customer relationships through effective communication.
- Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and mobile applications
- Self motivated, team player and target oriented

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
