Candidate requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
