Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals regarding Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational counselling, lead conversion, and admissions, with the ability to achieve enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission cycle.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Mentor junior counsellors and share best practices for lead conversion.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of UG/PG admissions and higher education programs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, or EdTech Sales Executive.
- Experience in UG/PG counselling and admissions is mandatory.
- Strong track record of achieving admission or revenue targets.
