We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and highly qualified PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our Commerce faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching higher-level Business Studies, building solid foundational knowledge of management, finance, and commerce principles, and preparing students for academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of practical business concepts, and a passion for mentoring future professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Business Studies according to the prescribed school curriculum.
- Academic Preparation: Thoroughly prepare students for board examinations, internal evaluations, and case-study based assessments.
- Practical Insights: Integrate real-world business examples, case studies, and corporate trends into the classroom to make learning interactive and practical.
- Student Assessment: Design comprehensive test papers, evaluate academic performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain proper student records.
- Mentorship & Guidance:



Support students in understanding complex business frameworks and guide them through their academic projects and assignments.

Required Qualifications & SkillsNote: Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in commerce/business and a mandatory teaching certification to be considered.

- Education: Master’s degree (M.Com) in Commerce, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a PGT Business Studies teacher in a reputed educational institution.
- Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual clarity in core business management, marketing principles, and organizational structures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to explain complex case studies effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to leverage digital tools, presentations, smartboards, and online learning management platforms.
