The Role
Be the first point of contact for prospective students. Connect with leads, understand their study abroad goals, and schedule them with Senior Counsellors. Freshers with great communication are welcome!

What You Need

- Any Graduate (0–3 years in Sales/Telecalling/BPO).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Confidence in phone/video calls.
- Basic knowledge of the study abroad industry is a plus.

KPIs

- Daily outbound calls & follow-ups.
- Booking qualified counselling appointments.
- Maintaining high CRM accuracy.
