Key Responsibilities

- Lead 5-10 person teams across full project lifecycles, achieving 95%+ on-time delivery through agile orchestration and risk mitigation.​
- Translate complex business needs into resilient architectures, emphasizing microservices, event-driven designs, and zero-trust security models.​
- Design and deploy scalable cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrating AI/ML, edge computing, and sustainable infrastructure practices.​
- Champion DevOps excellence with Kubernetes, serverless, and GitOps CI/CD, optimizing for cost-efficiency and 99.99% uptime.​
- Mentor engineers via code reviews, knowledge sharing, and career development; foster inclusive teams aligned with DEI principles.​
- Author technical roadmaps, POCs, and executive briefings; influence C-suite decisions on tech investments and vendor strategies.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years architecting enterprise solutions; advanced degree in CS/Engineering preferred.​
