We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in IoT application development and backend services using Python and FastAPI. The ideal candidate will develop scalable backend APIs, integrate IoT devices, process real-time data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and secure IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for IoT platforms.
- Integrate IoT devices, gateways, and cloud services.
- Process, store, and analyze data from connected devices.
- Work with communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets, and TCP/IP.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with embedded, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions.
- Develop automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Robust experience with FastAPI.
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services.




- Good understanding of IoT architecture and connected device ecosystems.
- Experience with MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets, or similar communication protocols.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with edge computing or industrial IoT is a plus.
