Position: Documentation Engineer
Location: Vadodara (Itola)
Experience: 0 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for ELV systems.
- Develop technical submittals, BOQ, compliance statements, datasheets, and O&M; manuals.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams for document updates and approvals.
- Manage document control process including submission tracking and revisions.
- Ensure all documents comply with client and project standards.
- Maintain records of RFIs, transmittals, approvals, and project correspondence.
- Support project execution team with technical documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for technical documentation and approvals.
Required Skills
- Experience in ELV systems documentation.
- Knowledge of CCTV,
Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Networking, BMS, and related ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and documentation management.
- Understanding of technical drawings and project documentation standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in ELV documentation.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and submission processes.
