AI Commerce Lead

Job Description

Experience: 10–15 years
Location: India (Hybrid)
Role Summary: This role focuses on building and scaling real-time agentic AI solutions within
commerce ecosystems. The candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for




developing production-grade AI agents and driving real AI adoption across business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build real-time AI agents for commerce use cases such as product discovery,

personalization, and support.

- Develop multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Implement RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and memory systems.
- Integrate AI agents with CMS (AEM/Contentful), commerce platforms, and APIs.
- Establish reusable AI components such as agent templates and prompt libraries.
- Ensure scalability, latency optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Implement governance controls including PII protection and prompt security.
- Drive adoption by mentoring teams and creating AI playbooks.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on coding experience (Python preferred).
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Experience building production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Positive to Have:

- Experience in B2C commerce ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM or Contentful.
- Exposure to AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks.

Success Metrics (First 6 Months):

- Deployment of 2–3 production-grade AI agents.
- Measurable improvements in conversion, efficiency, or CX.
- Creation of AI adoption playbooks and frameworks
