Job Summary:

The F&B; Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
- Set up tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Assist in billing and clearing tables efficiently

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in F&B; service or restaurant industry
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
