Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, cloud-native application validation, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications built using .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, Kubernetes, and API-driven architectures.

This role requires hands-on experience in UI automation, REST/GraphQL API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and cloud-based application validation. The candidate should also have experience leveraging AI-powered quality engineering tools to improve test automation, debugging, documentation, and overall engineering productivity.

Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesTest Automation Framework Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and enterprise-grade test automation frameworks.
- Develop automation solutions for UI, API, backend, and integration testing.
- Build maintainable automation libraries following industry best practices.
- Improve automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

UI Automation Testing

- Develop automated test scripts using:
- Playwright
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Equivalent UI automation frameworks
- Automate functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

API Testing & Automation

- Design and execute automated RESTful and GraphQL API tests.
- Validate API request/response payloads, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Automate API regression and integration testing.
- Perform API contract validation and service integration testing.

Application Testing

- Validate enterprise applications developed using:
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET Core
- ReactJS
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Cloud & Kubernetes Testing

- Validate applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.
- Test cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes.
- Verify deployment stability, scalability, and application performance.
- Support testing of containerized applications.





Database Validation

- Validate data using:
- Azure SQL Database
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Execute SQL queries for backend validation.
- Verify data integrity, consistency, and business rule implementation.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate quality gates.
- Support continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor automated test execution and reporting.

AI-Assisted Quality Engineering

- Utilize AI-powered tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Cursor
- Improve:
- Test case generation
- Automation script development
- Debugging
- Root cause analysis

- Overall testing productivity

Quality Assurance & Release Support

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate production releases and perform post-production verification.
- Ensure overall product quality before deployment.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior Quality Engineers.
- Conduct automation code reviews.
- Promote testing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and Architects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise in UI, API, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End automation testing.
- Experience testing applications developed with .NET Core and ReactJS.
- Experience validating Azure-hosted and Kubernetes-based applications.
- Solid experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API automation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database or SQL Server validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
