Description
5-8 years of Experience. BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Job Location – Bengaluru & Pune
Prefered expertise in the following skills:
Knowledge of Standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles. Knowledge of BBS (bar bending schedule).
Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.
Calculation of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost, Material reconciliation.
Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.
Candidates having experience in Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings will be preferred.
