-Check the quality of raw materials before production starts.

-Inspect fire doors during production and after completion to ensure they meet approved drawings and specifications.

-Verify door size, dimensions, hardware, finish, and other quality parameters.

-Identify any defects or quality issues and report them to the Production Manager

-Ensure defective products are repaired or rejected before dispatch.

-Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality reports properly.

-Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.

-Follow all company quality standards, IS 3614 requirements, approved test reports, and SOPs during inspection.

-Suggest improvements to reduce defects and improve product quality.

-Guide production workers on quality requirements and correct working methods.

-Ensure all quality inspections are carried out safely and as per company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
