Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Delhi

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial accounting, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization, and MIS reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Draft and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors during audits.

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, notices, and assessments.
- Ensure timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
- Handle direct and indirect tax matters and ensure statutory compliance.
- Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities whenever required.

MIS & Financial Analysis

- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights for business decision-making.
- Monitor budgets, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial dashboards and performance reports.

Audit & Controls

- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen financial operations.





General Accounting

- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in Balance Sheet Finalization.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MIS Reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 3-7 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
