JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer with a strong eye for ethnic and bridal wear to join our in-house design team. If you live and breathe Indian fashion, sketch in your sleep, and know your fabrics inside out — this role is made for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design seasonal ethnic & bridal wear collections — lehengas, sarees, suits, anarkalis, sherwanis
- Create mood boards, sketches, flat drawings, and tech packs
- Research Indian and global fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric innovations
- Collaborate with production, sourcing, and merchandising teams
- Coordinate with fabric vendors for material selection and sampling
- Supervise sampling process and ensure design accuracy
- Present collection concepts to the Creative Director
- Ensure timely delivery of designs as per production calendar

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel design (ethnic or bridal wear preferred)
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design — NIFT, NID, MSU, or equivalent




- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and embroidery techniques
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills
- Portfolio showcasing ethnic/bridal wear designs — MANDATORY
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
