Essenn Architects is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator who can closely work with and support the Principal Architect across multiple projects, client interactions, consultant coordination, and execution activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of acting as an operational and technical extension of the Principal Architect, ensuring smooth coordination between design, documentation, site execution, consultants, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Principal Architect on day-to-day project management
- Coordinate between architects, consultants, clients, site teams, vendors, and contractors
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution progress
- Attend client meetings and prepare MOMs
- Follow up with teams for pending deliverables and approvals
- Ensure proper documentation and project organization
- Assist in design coordination and execution planning
- Handle communication and reporting on behalf of the Principal Architect when required
- Monitor project schedules, site updates, and issue resolution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 8 –12 years of relevant experience




- Prior experience working closely with senior architects/principals/director

Strong understanding of:

- Architectural drawings
- Project execution
- Consultant coordination
- Site workflows
- Project management processes

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client handling and coordination abilities
- Qualified presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage meetings, discussions, and follow-ups effectively
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capability
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel & MS Office
- Project tracking tools
- Basic understanding of Revit/SketchUp is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
