- Working Drawing Preparation:
- Prepare detailed working drawings for the entire project, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure all drawings are dimensionally accurate, reflect the design intent, and meet project specifications.
- Review design documents for compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Detailed Section Drawings:
- Produce detailed section drawings that represent vertical cut-throughs of the building to illustrate internal construction, material layers, and structural details.
- Focus on areas requiring in-depth analysis, such as foundations, walls, floors, and roof connections.
- Detailed Elevation Drawings:
- Prepare clear, scaled elevation drawings of all building facades, showing exterior details such as windows, doors, and architectural features.
- Specify materials, finishes, and surface treatments for the building’s exterior elements.
- Electrical Detailing:
- Create detailed electrical drawings, including the layout of circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, panel locations, and wiring connections.
- Work closely with electrical engineers to ensure the electrical system is properly integrated into the building design.
- Plumbing Detailing:
- Develop plumbing drawings that include the layout of pipes, drains, water supply, fixtures, and valves.
- Provide details on plumbing connections, materials, and specifications to ensure the system meets code requirements and is operational.
- Tiles Laying Detailing:
- Create detailed drawings for tile layouts in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and other areas.
- Specify tile types, grout lines, installation patterns, and material finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper tile installation procedures are followed.
- Landscape Detailing:




- Prepare detailed landscaping drawings that include plant layouts, irrigation systems, pathways, and outdoor structures.
- Detail features like lighting, fencing, and surface materials, ensuring they align with the overall architectural design.
- Compound Wall Detailing:
- Provide drawings detailing the design and construction of compound walls, including foundation, material selection, and structural components.
- Ensure wall details are in compliance with safety standards and functional requirements.
- Structural Detailing:
- Develop structural drawings that detail the design and construction of elements such as foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other load-bearing components.
- Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
- Joinery Detailing:
- Prepare detailed joinery drawings for custom woodwork, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other wooden elements.
- Specify material types, finishes, dimensions, and hardware for precise fabrication and installation.
- Set Out Detailing:
- Develop set-out drawings that show the exact placement of key structural elements, foundations, walls, columns, and other critical components on the construction site.
- Ensure accurate alignment and positioning according to the architectural design.
- Set Out Plan Preparation:
- Create set-out plans that provide transparent instructions on the layout of the building on the site, ensuring that all measurements are precise and aligned with the design documents.
- Coordinate with site surveyors and construction teams for accurate implementation.
- Truss Work Detailing:
- Provide detailed drawings for roof trusses, including dimensions, material specifications, and connection details.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure the trusses meet safety and load requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
